Otters swimming – Covid-19 requirements
In keeping with the procedures for safeguarding of Oswestry School pupils, it is a mandatory requirement for you to complete and return the form below.
If any of the answers on this questionnaire are “yes” then please ensure that you do not turn up to swim.
The School apologies for the lateness of this requirement but we are sure you can appreciate that this is a fast moving issue and they are keen to make sure all of us are adequately meeting the best possible safety measures for everyone!
No member will be allowed in the pool as of Monday 16th March 2020, WITHOUT this form filled in and given to our Head Coach “Tim Hastie”.
