Nicola Bainbridge

Is a Swim England Licensed tutor, Level 3 Senior Coach, Level 2 Open Water Coach and Level 2 Swim Teacher.

Nicola has been involved with swimming for over 35 years. She started her swimming career aged 10 at Kidderminster Swimming Club and has raced for Wyre Forest, City of Birmingham advanced training squad and won age group and open titles before retiring from the sport in 1990.

In addition to her enrolment as Head Coach for Oswestry Otters in June 2021, Nicola runs Swimfinity activities, delivers tutor training courses for Swim England, Swim Wales and the IoS in the UK and abroad, is Director of Swimming at a school programme in Worcestershire and also runs a thriving learn to swim programme.
